What data we process
- Orders: your email address or phone number, which you confirm with a one-time code, and the order’s contents, pickup place and time. For an order delivered by post also the recipient’s name, address and phone number. For an order paid online we store the payment’s status and identifier; we do not process card details.
- Profile (optional): your name, your contact details, your favourite sellers and your orders.
- Sellers: the business’s name, business ID and contact details, the email addresses of the shop’s staff and the content the seller adds.
- Technical data: IP address and server logs, used to prevent abuse and to find faults.
What the data is used for
We use the data to pass the order on to the seller, to tell you about the order, for signing in and for keeping the service safe. The processing is based on carrying out the order and the service, on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and on legal obligations.
We only send messages about orders and signing in. We send no marketing.
Who the data is disclosed to
The seller receives the details of your order and your contact details in order to handle the order. The seller is an independent controller of their own customer data.
We use service providers for hosting, protecting network traffic, sending email and map backgrounds. When you choose online payment or delivery by post, the data needed is passed to the payment provider and the carrier. The AI assistant available to sellers processes the seller’s own texts and the shop’s data.
A list of the service providers and of any transfers of data outside the EU and the EEA will be added here.
Cookies and browser storage
We only use cookies that the service needs to work: they keep you signed in and remember your unfinished order and your language. The cart is kept in your browser’s session storage. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
Location
Your location is used only when you yourself choose “Use my location”. It is sent with the search so that the nearest sellers are found. It is not stored in your profile or in your orders.
Retention
We keep order data for as long as handling the order, complaints and legal obligations require. You can delete your profile yourself at any time. The orders and their contact detail remain even then as records of the sale, but without a link to the profile.

Your rights
You have the right to inspect your data, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, to restrict or object to the processing and to receive your data in a portable format. You can download your profile’s data and delete your profile on the profile page.
If you consider that your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the service or the processing of data changes. We tell about significant changes in the service.
