For buyers
What is Reiluruoka?
Reiluruoka is an online service that shows which sellers are coming to which market square, market hall or REKO pickup, what they are bringing and at what price. You preorder the products and collect them from the seller’s stall.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You confirm your email address with a one-time code when you order. If you like, you can create a profile where you see all your orders and your favourite sellers.
How do I pay for an order?
You pay the seller when you collect, with a payment method the seller accepts, for example cash, card or MobilePay. The payment methods are shown on the seller’s page. Some sellers also take payment online.
Where and when do I collect my order?
You collect the order from the seller’s stall at the market and on the day you chose when ordering. The time and place are in the order confirmation. You get a pickup code that the seller finds your order with.
Until when can I order?
Each market day has its own ordering time, which the seller decides. The last moment to order is shown on the seller’s page for that market day.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel the order yourself on the order’s page until preordering closes. The deadline is shown when you order and on the order’s page.
What if I cannot come to collect?
A preorder is binding, because the seller brings the products to the market for you. Cancel in time on the order’s page or, if the deadline has passed, contact the seller. The seller’s contact details are in the order confirmation.
Are orders delivered to my home?
Most orders are collected at the market. Some sellers also send products by post; then the delivery method and the delivery fee are shown when you order, and the order is paid online.
Where do I see my orders?
You get an order confirmation by email. You find your earlier orders under My orders: you get a code by email that opens them. With a profile you see them directly.
Who do I buy from and who is responsible for the products?
You always buy from the seller, whose name and contact details are on the order. The seller is responsible for their products. Reiluruoka passes the order on to the seller and is not a party to the sale.
In which languages does the service work?
The service is in Finnish, Swedish and English. The sellers’ own texts are in Finnish unless the seller has translated them.
For sellers
How do I become a seller?

How do market days work?
A market day is one day at one sales location. You choose the place, the day and the pickup time, add the products and amounts and publish the day. Each market day has its own prices, amounts and ordering time.
What if my market is not on the list?
You can propose a new sales location when you add a market day. The administrators check the proposal before the place is shown to others.
How do I hear about orders?
You get a message by email about orders, and you see them on the seller pages by market day. At pickup you mark the order as paid and collected.
